Rental cameras: choose an entrance view with clear boundaries
If an entrance camera is appropriate for the property, define its allowed view, viewing permissions and recording arrangement before comparing models. More cameras are not automatically a better guest experience, and private indoor spaces require particular care and applicable rule review.

Draw the intended field
Mark the entrance area you actually need to see and anything beyond it that should be excluded. Review neighboring property and shared approaches rather than selecting a wide lens simply because it captures more of the surroundings.
Keep access limited
Decide who can view footage, where it is stored and how long it is retained under the applicable arrangement. Staff access should not quietly persist after someone stops working with the property.
Request a privacy-aware scope
Send the entrance drawing and intended operation to HomeTech. Ask for appropriate models and settings without treating a camera purchase as approval of a location or a substitute for the operator’s disclosure and policy responsibilities.
