Several rentals need separate device lists, not one shared app account
When adding smart devices to several rentals, separate property ownership, credentials and point names from the start. A single purchasing spreadsheet can help coordination, but one shared resident account is a poor substitute for a proper unit-by-unit operating arrangement.

Use property identifiers
Keep every lock, hub and sensor associated with the correct unit in the private record. Common room names such as kitchen or entrance need a property context, otherwise a later alert or replacement request can be ambiguous.
Review management permissions
Decide what the manager may view and what belongs to the tenant. Test account separation with a small pilot rather than assuming two hubs on a common network automatically provide the privacy and administration the project needs.
Request a repeatable record
Ask for a per-unit device schedule, setup process and turnover checklist with product supply. This creates a clearer route for replacement and support than trying to recognize identical devices from photographs after installation.
