Buy devices to match the construction stage

Ordering everything early does not always make a project easier. Devices needed for rough-in decisions, devices installed after finishes and items reserved for handover can have different delivery and storage needs.

Separate decisions from deliveries

A product choice may need to be settled before walls close even when the hardware arrives later. Confirm dimensions, power and wiring requirements early, then plan the physical deliveries against the installation sequence and available secure storage.

Keep the approved list stable

Record the accepted model and any permitted substitute before splitting orders. A later delivery should not silently introduce a controller or finish that changes the design. Route proposed replacements through the person responsible for the system.

Send a staged enquiry

Tell HomeTech the required decision dates, installation phases and destination country. Discuss sourcing around those milestones, with actual availability and delivery commitments confirmed for the selected order rather than assumed from the catalogue.

Before you buy
