Ask a supplier for the installation pack before ordering
Good sourcing information lets an installer decide whether the proposed order can actually be delivered. Ask for current manuals, mounting details and regional model references before buying a large quantity for a store or project.

Collect documents for the supplied SKU
A general brand brochure is not an installation guide. Match every critical device to its own manual and identify required controllers or accessories. A different regional variant may need a different document even when the front of the device looks similar.
Check the missing pages
Look for power, fixing, environmental limits and setup prerequisites. If those are unclear, ask the supplier to resolve the gap before the installer gives a final scope. Attractive product photography cannot answer a wiring or mounting question.
Make documents part of the enquiry
Include a documentation request when contacting HomeTech about sourcing. It helps connect product selection with technical support and gives the local team material to review before agreeing to installation dates or work quantities.
