Bulk devices need labels that survive the jobsite

A correct warehouse count is only the beginning of a multi-unit order. The installation team still needs to know which model, accessory and address each box belongs to after it is opened on a busy jobsite.

Label by destination and task

Use unit or room references alongside the equipment identifier. Keep installation accessories grouped with their assigned device set. Avoid writing private account credentials on packaging that may be handled by several people or discarded after fitting.

Reconcile before distribution

Check package quantities against the installation schedule before boxes are split across units. A missing controller can hold up several scenes even when most visible devices have arrived. Record shortages against exact line items rather than broad category names.

Describe the packing need

Include the unit structure in a HomeTech bulk sourcing enquiry. Discuss whether the agreed supply can be grouped or labeled for your workflow, with any handling arrangements confirmed before the actual order is released.
