Townhouse rollouts: one address is one handover
For a townhouse project, hardware quantities are only one part of the order. Request an address-by-address schedule so the correct door hardware, controller and resident handover stay associated with each home throughout installation and delivery.

Survey representative doors
Different blocks or entrances may use different doors. Check those variations before multiplying one lock order across the site, and keep any alternative hardware or required work attached to the relevant addresses.
Separate ownership at setup
Keep household accounts and credentials distinct from the installer’s commissioning access. A successful demonstration in one home is not a finished handover for the next home, even when the device list is identical.
Quote the rollout process
Ask for pilot acceptance, installation phases and per-home sign-off alongside product supply. That scope helps compare suppliers on the work needed to deliver usable homes rather than only the carton count or device headline price.
