Ask for usable product media with the supply proposal
A retailer needs more than a product photograph saved from a marketplace. Ask the supplier which images, diagrams and logos can be used for the intended store, website or social channel before building a campaign around them.

Describe the intended placement
A counter card and an online advertisement may have different requirements. Tell the supplier the channels, region and product models involved. Keep any permission or media-kit terms with the files so another colleague can trace the allowed use.
Do not imply another relationship
Permission to display a product image is not automatically permission to describe the business as an authorized dealer. Keep accurate model captions and separate any manufacturer program claim from the practical availability of marketing assets.
Offer a complete supplier pack
If you want to supply HomeTech or discuss selling through its network, include a product list, technical references and the approved media scope. This makes it easier to evaluate how the range could be explained to real buyers.
Before you buy
- Name intended channels
- Keep permission with assets
- Separate media use from dealer status
