Can a supplier’s invoice prove brand authorization?
An invoice can document a purchase, but it does not by itself establish every reseller or installer claim. Treat product sourcing, manufacturer program membership and permission to market a brand relationship as separate questions.

Ask about the exact claim
If a proposal uses an authorized-dealer badge, ask which business and territory it applies to. Use the manufacturer’s own program or reseller information where available. A seller’s attractive logo sheet is not a substitute for that check.
Keep purchasing and promotion separate
A suitable product offer can still need further commercial clarification before its branding is used in a showroom. Philips Hue publishes authorized reseller information, while other manufacturers operate their own application and approval processes.
Describe your intended role
When contacting HomeTech, say whether you need supply, dealer cooperation or a store partnership. This lets the discussion address the actual business role without assuming that procurement automatically includes manufacturer accreditation or territorial rights.
Before you buy
- Identify the business entity
- Check the manufacturer’s route
- Separate supply from authorization
