Add a roles page to a joint project proposal

A customer should be able to understand who supplies, installs, configures and supports the system. In a joint proposal, a short roles page can make that clear without forcing the buyer to piece together several businesses’ separate quotations.

The home belongs to its owner

Name an owner for each task

Assign survey, procurement, site work, commissioning and handover. Where a task depends on another trade, describe the handoff. A shared logo on the cover does not establish who is responsible when a room is not ready or equipment differs from the approved list.

Keep the buyer’s scope unified

Use one agreed room-action and equipment reference across the parties. Mark optional work consistently. This makes it easier to compare the offer and prevents one team’s included-service description from contradicting another team’s exclusions.

Bring the division to HomeTech

When requesting HomeTech project support, explain which local responsibilities are already covered and which assistance is needed. The discussion can then add sourcing or technical value to a working delivery structure rather than leave every role implicit.
