Compare wholesale quotes against the same equipment list

The lowest-looking quotation may simply omit a hub, mounting accessory or service item. Give suppliers the same equipment list and ask them to identify differences explicitly before comparing the total for a store or project order.

Match identifiers line by line

Use brand, model, regional variant and quantity for each item. Keep a kit separate from an individual component so its included devices are not counted twice. A familiar product name is not enough to establish equivalent supply.

Expose substitutions

Ask a supplier to mark any alternative controller, finish or package rather than silently treating it as equivalent. Review how that change affects the demonstration, installation and customer handover before accepting a revised line.

Compare the usable delivery

Include the agreed delivery scope and any separate services in your comparison. Send HomeTech a structured list for a sourcing enquiry; it gives a clearer starting point than screenshots of totals from different baskets.
