A sample home should approve a delivery package, not a mood
For a builder, the sample home is where the repeatable smart-home package becomes concrete. Record the devices, normal controls and handover steps the developer approves, so later units reproduce an agreed scope rather than a remembered showroom impression.

Freeze the useful details
Include regional model identifiers, room positions and the scenes demonstrated. Record visible control labels and any exclusions. A shared understanding of these details reduces the chance that a later supply change quietly alters the buyer-facing experience.
Include the ordinary handover
Show account ownership, manual operation and the resident’s short instruction card. A successful demonstration run by specialist staff is not enough if the people receiving the home cannot use the agreed everyday controls.
Use the approved package for sourcing
Bring the accepted sample record to HomeTech for a repeated equipment enquiry. Discuss quantities and supply phases against that reference, while keeping later alterations visible to the builder and the local delivery team.
