A Physical Scene Button Can Be a Better First Buy Than More Voice Commands
A well-placed button makes a useful action available without a phone or spoken command. Buy it for a specific routine that everyone should be able to use immediately.

Give it one clear job
Choose something concrete, such as setting evening lights or turning off an agreed lighting group. A button with an understandable result is easier to share than a long list of hidden gestures.
Match the controlled devices
Confirm that the exact button, hub and lighting devices support the proposed action. A wireless button is not automatically a universal remote for everything already installed in the house.
Put it where the routine starts
Try the bedside, entry or seating position before fixing the mount. Include a simple label and demonstrate the result, then retain ordinary switches for individual lights when needed.
