Simple controls for a guest washroom
Use a clear local light control so visitors do not need a phone or owner settings.

Make the list your own.
Adjust quantities or leave out a device. We will review installation, regional models and integration requirements with your project brief.
Device planning list
Count the manual controls and existing switching topology. Count each independently controlled circuit or lamp group. Size controllers by supported capacity and tested coverage.
Before You Buy
A qualified local electrician checks regional model, voltage, box fill, neutral/multiway wiring and exact lamp-load compatibility. Required safety lighting remains independent. Match exact regional device, firmware and controller support. A shared Matter, Thread or Zigbee label does not establish every requested cross-brand feature or offline behavior.
Kasa KS200M
An installer must review supply voltage, neutral availability, box space, load type and the manufacturer wiring diagram. Use an appropriate regional electrical listing; retain manual operation.
