Keep CAD and USD quotations easy to compare
For orders serving Canada and the United States, label the quotation currency clearly and compare the same scope. Two totals are not meaningful alternatives if one describes different products, delivery work or installation support.

State the destination first
Name the country and city before requesting prices. Include the same model identifiers and quantities in each comparison. A sourcing conversation should not depend on a supplier guessing which regional variant a cross-border buyer intends to use.
Keep optional work separate
Identify hardware, delivery and any requested project services as distinct scope items. Ask the quoting party to explain the applicable order conditions. Avoid converting a published retail figure into a final installed project total.
Request a destination-based proposal
HomeTech enquiry routes distinguish Canada and the United States for the discussion. Provide a clean list and desired supply scope so the response can address your actual order, with commercial amounts confirmed in the quotation itself.
