01Product supply
Unified supply across 15 technology brands and 161 devices: locks and access, smart lighting, audio and video, shades, climate, and sensing. Partner pricing and supply schedules as agreed; new and replacement models are validated by headquarters before they enter your list — you never pay for trial-and-error product selection.
02The technology system
100 ready-made system solutions across 12 industries, ready to use: from entry and lighting to whole-home planning, each with an equipment list, installation conditions, and acceptance points. Headquarters provides remote technical backup on hard problems, and design/commissioning support on complex projects on request.
03Customer support
Headquarters continuously develops home-renovation and smart-home customers across Canada and the United States, and allocates local customers and project leads to regional partners under agreed rules. You do not start from zero on day one — you open on top of the headquarters customer pool. (Volumes and allocation rules depend on territory and program depth and are confirmed in discussion; no quantities are promised.)
04Store training
Full pre-opening training: products and solutions (what to sell and how to combine them), in-store demonstration (how to run the demo units and experience scenes), the sales process (from walk-in to signed project and handover), and installation and commissioning standards (executed to headquarters checklists). Ongoing refreshers and new-product training after opening; retraining available when staff change.
05Launch & operations support
Launch accompaniment: quoting support on your first projects, solution review, and delivery acceptance checks. In operations: website solution pages, demo scripts, marketing assets, and quoting templates. After-sales follows one headquarters maintenance-record standard, so customer assets and device registers stay transferable and traceable.
