HOMETECH PARTNER

You bring the local. We bring everything else.

Products, technology, customers, training, and launch support — everything a smart-home store needs, provided by headquarters. Your job is to serve your local customers well.

Serving Canada and the United States. Territory, fees, and lead-allocation terms are confirmed in discussion.

Bring the project into the conversation

What You Get (five kinds of support)

01

Product supply

Unified supply across 15 technology brands and 161 devices: locks and access, smart lighting, audio and video, shades, climate, and sensing. Partner pricing and supply schedules as agreed; new and replacement models are validated by headquarters before they enter your list — you never pay for trial-and-error product selection.

02

The technology system

100 ready-made system solutions across 12 industries, ready to use: from entry and lighting to whole-home planning, each with an equipment list, installation conditions, and acceptance points. Headquarters provides remote technical backup on hard problems, and design/commissioning support on complex projects on request.

03

Customer support

Headquarters continuously develops home-renovation and smart-home customers across Canada and the United States, and allocates local customers and project leads to regional partners under agreed rules. You do not start from zero on day one — you open on top of the headquarters customer pool. (Volumes and allocation rules depend on territory and program depth and are confirmed in discussion; no quantities are promised.)

04

Store training

Full pre-opening training: products and solutions (what to sell and how to combine them), in-store demonstration (how to run the demo units and experience scenes), the sales process (from walk-in to signed project and handover), and installation and commissioning standards (executed to headquarters checklists). Ongoing refreshers and new-product training after opening; retraining available when staff change.

05

Launch & operations support

Launch accompaniment: quoting support on your first projects, solution review, and delivery acceptance checks. In operations: website solution pages, demo scripts, marketing assets, and quoting templates. After-sales follows one headquarters maintenance-record standard, so customer assets and device registers stay transferable and traceable.

What You Bring

  • A local store or service point, and local sales/installation staff
  • Local client reception, installation work, and day-to-day service
  • Delivery to headquarters standards, and care of your local reputation

In one line: the storefront is yours; the backbone is ours.

Who It Fits

  • Local renovation companies adding a smart-home line
  • Smart-home, electrical, or security professionals who want their own store and brand
  • Home-improvement and building-materials stores expanding categories and ticket size
  • Founders who believe in the smart-home market and want to build locally for the long term (no industry background required — the training system exists for exactly this)

Two Depths of Partnership

Project cooperation (light): agent, installation, referral, and dealer tracks — cooperate per project or per channel, no store required. Regional Partner (full): open a partner store with the full support package and agreed territory protection — built for operators making smart home their main business.

How It Starts (three steps)

  1. Submit an inquiry — the form below: your city, current business, team size.
  2. Discussion — territory, fees, customer allocation, and support details, with every boundary stated plainly.
  3. Sign and launch — after signing, training and launch accompaniment begin, following a step-by-step launch checklist.

FAQ

How much investment is required?

It depends on the city and store scale. You will get an itemized picture for your situation in discussion — no generic numbers are published here.

Is my territory protected?

Regional Partners receive agreed territory protection. The exact scope is confirmed in discussion based on city and population density, and written into the agreement.

Will customers really be allocated to me?

Headquarters develops customers continuously and allocates them by territory — this is a core part of the program. Allocation rules, lead ownership, and follow-up requirements are written into the agreement. Volumes vary with market and season, so no quantities are promised — but the rules are transparent and the records are auditable.

I have no technical background. Can I do this?

Yes, it is worth a conversation. Solutions, product selection, and commissioning standards all come from the headquarters system, and the opening training is designed for exactly this. What you need is local operating and service capability.

Where does training happen, and how long does it take?

Mainly online, with hands-on sessions for key skills. The schedule depends on program depth; you receive a full training calendar after signing.
